Pepsi Jersey Personalisation Activation

As part of Pepsi’s brand presence at the UEFA Women’s Champions League Final in Lisbon, we partnered with Fuse International to deliver a live football shirt personalisation experience for event guests.

Set against a rooftop backdrop overlooking the city, the activation invited attendees to create customised football jerseys featuring their own name and number - applied live on-site using heat press vinyl production.

The Experience

Guests used interactive design kiosks to personalise their jerseys through a branded digital interface powered by YR software.

The experience was designed to be simple, fast, and intuitive, allowing attendees to create a personalised football shirt in seconds before watching the item being produced live on-site.

Each jersey was finished using pre-cut vinyl and professional heat press application, transforming the production process into part of the activation itself.

Live Production Workflow

Once submitted, orders were routed directly to our on-site production team through our live fulfilment workflow system.

Our crew managed:

  • vinyl preparation and alignment

  • heat press application

  • quality control and finishing

  • final delivery to guests

The compact setup was designed specifically for the high-footfall rooftop venue, balancing visual presentation with efficient throughput throughout the event.

Fan Engagement Through Personalisation

The live application process created a strong theatrical element within the space, drawing attention from surrounding guests while creating a memorable one-to-one interaction with the Pepsi brand.

By combining digital personalisation with live garment production, the activation delivered a premium takeaway connected directly to the atmosphere of the Champions League Final.

Across the 3-hour live activation, we produced 135 personalised football jerseys on-site, delivering a seamless guest experience from digital design to final fulfilment.
