Interactive Football Personalisation Experience

For a special FIFA World Cup 2026 event in London, we partnered with Snapchat to deliver a high-volume interactive football personalisation experience designed to engage guests in real time.

The Experience

Guests were invited to personalise official FIFA World Cup 2026 footballs using our bespoke interactive design software.

Using custom design stations throughout the event, attendees could:

  • select their monogram

  • personalise their football

  • submit their order directly through our live ordering system

Live Production at Scale

Over the course of the 3-hour activation, we successfully produced and personalised almost 300 official FIFA World Cup footballs live on-site.

Most orders were completed and ready for collection within minutes.

Smart Order Management

Behind the experience, our OMS (Order Management System) managed the entire workflow from submission to collection.

The system helped:

  • streamline live production

  • maximise output

  • keep orders organised

  • reduce guest waiting times

  • make collection easier for staff

Once an order was completed, guests automatically received a text notification with their collection details, allowing them to continue enjoying the event instead of waiting in queues.
