Live Water Bottle Personalisation Activation
Working with CEO Event Management, we partnered with Dubai-based developer Beyond to deliver a last-minute, high-impact fan engagement activation at the Silverstone Formula 1 Grand Prix.
With just three days’ notice before race weekend, we designed and deployed a fully functional live personalisation experience to drive brand engagement at scale across one of the busiest sporting events of the year.
The Experience
Guests were invited to personalise branded water bottles at interactive design kiosks positioned within the fan engagement areas at Silverstone.
Using a custom-built digital interface powered by a real-time 3D preview system, fans could design their bottles and instantly see their creation come to life before production.
The experience was designed to be fast, intuitive, and high-throughput - built specifically for the pace of a Formula 1 race weekend environment.
Live Personalisation System
Once a design was completed, orders were instantly routed to on-site dye sublimation print stations via our live production system. This ensured seamless transfer from design to production, with zero friction between guest interaction and fulfilment.
Each bottle was produced live on-site within minutes, allowing guests to collect their personalised items almost immediately after design.
High-Volume Delivery
Across the race weekend, we delivered a continuous high-speed activation with constant guest engagement and rapid turnaround times.
In total, we produced and fulfilled 1,500 personalised water bottles live on-site, turning the Beyond brand into a highly visible, interactive presence throughout the event.
The Result
A fast-paced, high-volume fan activation that combined real-time 3D design, instant production, and live event fulfilment - delivered under extreme time constraints at one of the world’s most iconic sporting events.
The activation demonstrated the ability to deploy fully operational customisation experiences at short notice, transforming branded merchandise into an interactive engagement tool on a global stage.
