ASOS Global Campus Tour

Live Tote Bag Printing Experience

In partnership with Seed Marketing, we collaborated with ASOS to deliver a global live tote bag printing tour spanning more than 60 locations across the UK, USA, Germany, France, Italy, and Australia.

Designed to connect with students and emerging creatives, the campaign combined interactive design technology, live product personalisation, and experiential retail to create a large-scale brand engagement programme across university campuses worldwide.

The Experience

At the centre of the activation was a specially converted mobile printing van, transformed into a travelling live customisation studio. Guests were invited to create their own personalised tote bags using interactive touchscreen design stations built with bespoke YR software.

Using drag-and-drop tools, participants could explore a curated gallery of ASOS artwork and graphics before building their own unique designs in real time. Once completed, tote bags were printed live on-site and handed directly to guests from the mobile activation vehicle.

Global Tour Activation

The tour launched with a staff activation at the ASOS headquarters in Camden before travelling internationally across student campuses and major cities.

Designed for rapid deployment and high-volume throughput, the activation delivered a consistent branded experience across every location while maintaining fast live production workflows throughout the tour.

Live Production System

All tote bags were produced on-site using dye sublimation printing technology integrated with our custom software and live production systems.

The workflow was designed to provide:

  • fast guest interaction

  • seamless design-to-print fulfilment

  • high-quality colour reproduction

  • scalable mobile production capabilities

This allowed attendees to move from digital creation to physical product within minutes.

Creativity Beyond the Activation

Alongside the live printing experience, guests could also enter a wider ASOS creative competition featuring:

  • mentorship opportunities

  • a visit to ASOS headquarters

  • a £5,000 creative grant

  • the chance to feature designs on the ASOS platform

The activation blended physical experience, digital interaction, and emerging talent support into a single global campaign.

The Result

A large-scale international live printing tour combining fashion, technology, and experiential marketing across more than 60 locations worldwide.

The activation transformed product personalisation into a mobile brand experience, creating memorable one-to-one interactions while reinforcing ASOS’ connection with the next generation of creatives and fashion communities.
