Live Tote Bag Customisation at ExCeL London

As part of Adobe Summit EMEA at ExCeL London, we delivered our largest live setup to date, showcasing our live customisation capabilities across a 20-screen installation.

Working across the event, we set up a live customisation station where attendees could personalise their own tote bags in real time.

The Experience

Guests were invited to design their own tote bag using our interactive digital design platform.

The experience let guests:

• Design a custom tote bag using the design platform

• Use intuitive digital tools to build their design

• Watch their design printed live on-site

Guests could move from design to finished, printed bag in one continuous flow.

Live Print Installation

Once a design was finalised, tote bags were printed live on-site across the 20-screen setup, keeping pace with a high volume of attendees.

The experience ran across both the evening party and the following day, maintaining consistent quality and speed throughout.

High-Volume Production

Across the event, we delivered around 3,000 printed tote bags, making it one of our largest live customisation activations to date.

The scale of the setup demonstrated our ability to deliver high-quality, personalised merchandise at major global events.
